My New Maxima




This is a page detailing my current Maxima, it's modifications, it's history, etc.

After totalling my previous '95 Maxima I went on a search for some sort of car to replace it. I drove a number of different cars but ultimately ended up back in a Maxima. The car I ended up with was this Sterling Mist (KT3) 1998 Maxima SE. It has NO options whatsoever (not even ABS), it's a 5-speed car, and it has been maintained very well. Previously it belonged to Maxima.org member "Drivin Maxima" of the Philly area. I bought the car already modded to the hilt with tasteful suspension and brake mods, and I intend to pick up where Drivin Maxima left off and spruce up the interior and exterior a bit. Performance modification plans will remain confidential for now ;)

The car laid down 170 WHP and 180 WTQ with just the exhaust and crank pulley on a Land & Sea Dyno on 11/15/08, which will seem lower compared to others such as a Dynojet. This will serve as a baseline for future modifications.

-Infiniti FX bixenon projector retrofit (w/ clear lenses)
-Clear corners
-Red/white tails

Interior/Audio:
-Redline Goods leather shift boot
-Jensen front speakers
-Eclipse rear speakers
