As of now, the reworking of the paint code system in the FAQs is about as good as it's going to get. It's certainly an improvement from what it was before, even if it's not complete. But it never will be. In addition, I've updated the VQ engine list and overall Nissan engine list. You may have also noticed there are some placeholders around the site: interior colors, spec sheets, a generational guide, and 3.5 swap information. These are all coming soon enough and I hope to have them all complete in the next month or two.

The color chart in the FAQs has finally been updated a little. The '08 colors have been factored in, some corrections have been made, etc. Not everything is up yet, but I have everything I need, so if you see some colors missing pictures for them yet don't worry they'll be there soon enough.

The site has officially moved to boredmder.com. We now have a much more realistic bandwidth limit so you won't have to worry about the site randomly shutting down while browsing anymore. Thanks again to .org member pmohr for hosting!

In case you haven't noticed, I made the background color of the whole site another shade darker. I think it flat-out looks better this way, not to mention it seems to be a little easier on the eyes and provides a better contrast against the text.

Today I finished adding yet another new feature to the paint color section in the FAQs. There is now a chart that lists each model year, and will pop up a page with each color available that year (including two-tones). I'm just trying to give you guys as many options as possible to find your color quickly and easily. I still need 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gen. pictures though!

Today I added more to the FAQ. In particular a section about which bulbs are needed for each light on your car, including picture diagrams. Enjoy!

I have added TONS of colors today, as well as a seperate chart for the two-tone paints on 2nd gens. The total is now 96 colors and 7 two-tones total. I still need lots of names and images though, people, so let's keep it coming!

I went back to work on the paint charts today. Added several colors (mostly 1st and 2nd gen, but surprisingly even a new 4th gen color!), but also updated the information on a lot of the previously "unknown" colors. I'm still working on things, so feel free to send additions and corrections to me (along with sources, preferably). I've also added a few more things to the FAQ, so take a look.

So I've finally gotten around to adding all the colors for 4th, 5th, and 6th gens. 3rd gens are starting to go up at the moment. I've also added a feature to each color's page where you can see it on every generation that had that color as an option.

Right now I'm pretty sure I have the 4th and 5th gens complete for the color chart for the FAQs page. However I still need paint codes for Charcoal Pearl and Midnight Blue at this point, so if anyone knows them, please let me know. Next up I'll be adding 3rd and 6th gens, and if I can, 1st and 2nd gens.

The site has just overgone a slight makeover, a name change, and a new focus. We are no longer Maximum Modification, we are Natural Aspiration; a site dedicated to naturally aspirated (NA) performance with Maxima's. Get any information you might want from the Mods page now, it will be gone shortly. Email me if you need to know where to get pics, if you need certain info and aren't able to copy it, etc.
